After serving as a Trustee for the Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB), I have decided to enter the race for City Council in Ward 3 (Northeast London).
Ward 3 has a rich history in the Cuddy family. Ward 3 was home to the first Cuddy Foods (now Cargill) processing plant my father, A.M. Cuddy, and my brothers built. This plant helped launch London into the food hub it is today, creating jobs and vastly expanding the Airport Innovation Park. During these past four years as a Trustee with TVDSB, I’ve spent considerable time in Ward 3 schools. I’ve had the opportunity to meet hundreds of kids, parents, and staff, all of whom represent what Ward 3 truly is: a passionate community ready for change. If elected, I will focus my attention on issues that matter most to residents: the issues around public infrastructure and the social issues our community faces every day.
